Not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of placing your order, you can request a return by emailing info@theaussieman.com with your order number.
Returns and refunds
Products may be returned used or unused.
The 60-day money back guarantee is limited to one claim per customer and per household, and applies only to first-time purchases of a product.
Customers who have previously received a refund under this guarantee are not eligible for additional claims on the same or similar products.
Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All returns must be approved before sending items back. Once returned items are received and checked, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Only products purchased directly from The Aussie Man website are eligible for this guarantee.
