Our standard return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a standard return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have not received your refund:

If you still have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact info@theaussieman.com.
Sale items are not eligible for preference-based returns.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.
To request an exchange, email info@theaussieman.com before returning your item.
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once we receive the return.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
